Pay It Down - The Big Mooove

For only $50 per month, enjoy a weekend holiday at the new sanctuary!

Now that we have the keys to the 590-acre property in Grass Valley, Animal Place has to start payment on the $8,400 monthly mortgage. We hope you'll join our Pay it Down team and help get the mortgage covered.

A New Era Animal Place has entered a new era – more land, more rescues, more education. With the purchase of the 590-acre sanctuary comes one more "more" –money needed to help with monthly mortgage payments on the property.

Pay It Down! Want to help with the $8,400/month mortgage payment? Then join our Pay It Down team! With 86 donors transferring $100 a month or 172 donors donating $50 a month, we can focus our efforts on building barns, rescuing animals, constructing fences instead of on fundraising for the mortgage.

All donations made to the Pay It Down fund will go toward the monthly mortgage. If you donate $50 or more a month, you will be invited to an annual Pay It Down weekend holiday at the sanctuary. Vegan meals, hikes through the property, guided tours and rooster wake-up calls all included!

We asked the animals what we could do for them if we didn’t have to worry about the monthly mortgage:

Hazel the pig: You could build me twenty four pig ponds, one for every hour of every day!

Sadie the cow: Maybe my own pasture with green grass year-round and a sign that says Sadie's Place, Cows Only (people with apples welcome).

Aiden the sheep: A really large education center where I could greet visitors and people could scratch behind my ears.

Please mail checks payable to Animal Place to PO Box 5910, Vacaville, CA 95688. Include with the check a note that this is for the Pay it Down team. We will invoice you each month thereafter. Please include your full name and address.
